The breakfast had an excellent selection, especially the fruit quality. Staff were helpful. My request for an extra chair in my room RECEIVED efficient attention. I liked the air conditioning. It was a bonus. The LITTLE shop provided reassurance with the 24-hour desk.
The wifi was not working. I needed help with the log in process.

i watched a match. the stadium was only a short walk away, AMAZING!!! the staff were really efficient, and i found them friendly too. the room was super clean.
the orange juice was watery. butter had apparently run out the previous day! i was told that it had run out yesterday. that's not so good.

The reception area felt chaotic during check-in. I waited longer than necessary because the staff seemed disorganized,.. which was frustrating. The room itself was adequate, but the bathroom felt outdated. The shower temperature was difficult to regulate and not properly cleaned.

The online check-in process was easy. My key was ready. I got early access to my room. The room on the top floor had both a double and a single bed. The hotel bar was great. Redd explained the drinks. He delivered them. The location was ideal. I walked to the Leadmill Music Venue. It was five minutes away.
The room did not have normal tea bags. There was only peppermint and green tea. I had to go to reception for normal teabags. I got four tea bags for a three-night stay.

The room was spacious. It included a double and a single bed, suitable for accommodating a small family or a couple needing extra space. The beds also provided good comfort.

the room was clean and spacious, it had air conditioning which worked well. i also appreciated the complimentary water dispensers in the reception area. a staff member promptly assisted with my luggage and showed me to my room, that i did appreciate a lot.
the basin drained slowly, and i found a sticky spoon near the coffee. there were also small flies around the basin, and i mentioned these issues at checkout.
